It look like the Hotel want to play in a higher Level but it is not able to / no matter how much they spray room scent at the entry. Stuff/Service: unfriendly, rude, spiritless stuff. It seems that only house keeping does much for less. Service (if she stopped Talking to the colleagues) at breakfast was terrible. Cleanlines: Most of the table at breakfast with Dirty tables. We‘ve been there at 6:15am so seems Nobody cleanded the tables from the Night. Room was clean - but at the Weekend you have to ask to clean the room… Food: Overprized. Buffet was only with a view options. Latte arrived in plastic Cups. Room: Big, quite noisy and with unpractical Facility. Only one chair available. As well as they tried to do an additional charge to my credit card in the middle of the stay, which was declined as my card provider has thought this was a suspicious activity. As a result the Hotel does not informed us - instead they disabled our Room keys! Absolutely not professional and expected in a hotel in this range. Cannot recommend this hotel.

Being a loyal Hilton member, it’s obvious that we will always choose a Hilton chain first. Upon arrival, the valet greeted us. They are the consistent employees that always acknowledge your departure and arrival, and to add that they are polite too especially the young kid with the blond, wavy hair. We checked in late. They don’t have room service, which I was surprised. The food at the restaurant downstairs is horrible, same as the service…real slow. The rooftop restaurant has a good view of the city. It was quite full during the eclipse. They serve better food than the downstairs restaurant. They don’t serve Moscato but the bartender/waiter made me a white wine with syrup which is close enough to a moscato. A star for this guy!! The room is of good size but was expecting a slightly nicer ambience. The desk lamp wasn’t working so i found it difficult to do some work. The ceiling painting inside the bathroom is starting to come off too. The valet and the bartender is the reason why I am giving this hotel a two star. Without their good service, I would have provided one star.

The bar and patio are amazing, the view of the city is off the charts. However, the food is terrible and overpriced, I expected more for what I paid. I could have gotten a better meal at the Quick Trip down the road. Ridiculous…. Wish I could get $

I'm in town about a week each month and have always booked the Marriott Uptown or Virgin. But as a Gold HHonors member, I was excited to finally book the Canopy! Stacey, the valet, is the best thing about this hotel! He is a true delight and so wam and welcoming. He was so helpful helping me figure out how to charge my car in the parking garage and even walked me back to the hotel because it was late at night and he wanted to make sure I got back to the hotel safely. During my stay, the shower door would not close. I had to put something heavy in front of it while showering in order to keep the floors from getting soaked. The walls are pretty thin. I could hear word for word the movie playing on my neighbor's TV and as a 7th floor guest, the music from the bar was quite annoying at night. I also did not appreciate how the Manager handled himself in a conversation post-stay. I'll spare the details but long story short, I'll more than likely continue booking at the Marriott Uptown or Virgin for future trips despite the Canopy being the most conveniently located hotel to my office and being a HHonors Gold Member.

My stay was short but sweet. We got in late, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. Wonderful view of the city. And a wonderful surprise. Chocolate and strawberries with a card for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. That was very special to us. For Over 12 years I've gone to Hiltons for our Anniversary and no one have ever done that for us. This was so appreciated. We loved it. The room was clean and comfortable. Balcony was spacious and had a beautiful view. We missed breakfast but had lunch. The waiter was very pleasant as well. The entire stay was wonderful and we thank you. Much blessings.
